        Its so sad that they represent a great culture in hospitality with such a poor costumer service and communication. I expected a nice and warm behavior but I got so disappointed when nobody even showed up to lead me to the tables to sit. I was standing in front of store for more than 20 minutes. The guy who brought the food even did not look for me. I had ordered chicken kebab and I thought it comes with bread. Just 5 small pieces of chicken with a full plate rice arrived! He simply put the food on the table and left. It was spicy but nobody asked if I wanted spicy or not. I eta the chicken hardly and left the food and leave. I hope the management will consider the situation and make the service level relevant to their great culture.
