Very bad customer service that this lady has, I really don't recommend them, I had a bad experience, when I returned to California, I missed my flight because of this arrogant and rude lady, who never told me that my flight I went ahead, and yet when I spoke to this lady to complain about why she didn't tell me that there was a change in my return flight, she responded that it is not her obligation, and of course it is her obligation because that is why we are paying her for her service but no, she is not giving them away, so I still had to pay for my return tickets and they were very expensive, we were three people and the truth is it is not fair because it is her duty to notify us of any changes that the airlines make, Do not vacancy with Ella because the same thing will happen to me, terrible service
