Well my mothers a current paitient of Pooja Kumar. She's been a paitent here since August 2008. So far the genuine care of Dr. Pooja and her level of professionalism isn't questionable but THE STAFF and their system is horrible and horrific as well as their policy and charging fees for DR. Letters which takes ANY documents 10 to 15 days before. The staff jas no level of care and professionalism from kathy the nurse to medical assistant dianna to rosa and mary. They hangup on the phones when on hold the office dont take initiative to assure patient needs are met whether its dr. Refills, documents, personal care orders, etc. They just dont meet a level of professionalism at all which is why although the Dr is great but we are looking else where for future service because ACE medical group as a whole doesnt even deserve a 1 star review with our 3 months of being there. Hope thet see this and change the way the provide services.
