Charlie's 24HR Towing

BAD ! Service. I asked a simple question I was wondering if u have my carI & some guy responded with (interrupted me) I dont have your car. Im a towing company but I dont tow you cant understand that I dont have your car I responded with I didnt even tell you what kind of car I have ? & he got incredibly defensive after that. Anyways bad service, didnt help at all.

I called to ask if they tow cars to peoples homes. He never answered my question and deliberately misunderstood what I was asking even though I kept trying to explain. I didnt know if I wanted to use the service yet which is why I was asking. He kept talking over me and didnt let explain what I needed. I ended up hanging up on him because I didnt want to keep arguing. I would have used his service if he had been kind enough to actually listen to my question. Poor customer service. Reeks of incompetence. Find another towing service.
