wen in to get a pedicure and nails done for my baby shower , pedicure was ok not the best looks but my biggest thing was my dull set. for 1 i had to explain to her that i wanted to the inspo picture the same just a different color MULTIPLE times but she kept trying to do it her own color , after getting passed the color problem she still managed to try and do different colors at the end. and instead of taking it off she just painted over it. the nail arch was horrible and uneven. didnt look nothing like the picture. we sat there for 2 hours and we were the last ones in the salon so i was told to come back the next day to get it fixed (the day of my babyshower). i went back the next morning and it was even worse then the first time. there was a hair in my nail , the lines werent straight and just a mess, i was already going to be late to my babyshower so i just left. one day after my babyshower (today) a nail is already off && the too coat for my other nails are peeling off. i HATE givin bad reviews but this was just bad. When you find that nail salon that goes beyond your expectations, you know your search for a great nail salon is complete. I have definitely found my spot here. The quality in service in one thing, but to add the customer relationship to the equation is what this place has. Ive been a very consistent customer at this salon simply because my nails are done the way that makes me feel most confident as well as the company there being so pleasant. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming and they make it as if its not even an appointment that Im going to, but visiting friends while getting pampered. The new location is great as well! Its so beautiful inside and well presented. I highly recommend this salon to those searching for a great quality salon! Services: Gel manicure, Foot massage, Pedicure, Manicure
