Wine Country to Coast Vacation Rentals

Out place was fine - but the shower was broken, they sent someone to fix it - he said it was broken and needed a new part. Water shortage limited showers to 5 minutes - even though they charged additional $300 for Dillon Beach. Why?? Because they can. Also, smoke alarm went off at 4:00 am every 20 minutes so we had to take out the battery. The manager did not call me but emailed me saying I was wrong - and no refund. I never asked for a refund but wanted to talk to someone about the gas smell, we had to keep opening windows, etc... but he never called just emailed me. Very disappointing birthday weekend!

I have had so many amazing vacations with this company! Every house is extremely clean, comfortable, and they are always available to help with anything. I will continue to only use them for my Guerneville trips, and I always look forward to their impeccable homes.

I loved staying in the Guerneville Cottage! It is a delightful cozy cabin nestled in an Enchanted Forest. I had a comfortable bed and a kitchen to prepare my meals. I loved sitting out on the deck underneath the giant red woods. Watching the Koi fish in the pond on the deck was so refreshing. Having a hot tub available made this place even more special. The owners were so welcoming and I felt very nurtured. No, I did not leave it all behind. I had both a tv and WiFi in my cottage.
