Guerneville Graphics and Printing

I am well aware that this is a pandemic and that most places are closed. I, myself, am trying to avoid leaving home at all costs. So... Rather than going there myself and risking my own exposure and that of others, I attempted to call and ask if printing was available at this facility. The woman on the phone was not listening and was also very rude. Rather than saying “we are not open at this time for such services.” She rudely responded to me and kept talking over me, first asking what I needed to print and then saying that my “$0.50 was not worth it to her” when she easily could have said “we are not doing face to face interactions at this time.” The entire situation was rather confusing. I had to interrupt her to say, “are you printing here today or not? I am confused. That was my only question. It was a miscommunication.” I AGREE. $0.50 is not worth ANYONE’S health and I did not insist or ask that she dismiss this notion. I also did not ask if it was “worth it” or for her to make any exceptions at all. All I asked was if they were printing at this time and she asked what I had to print. It was an unfortunate miscommunication but due to her rudeness and negative attitude at a simple question, I regrettably will not be seeking further assistance from this establishment. I wish them all the best luck with health and business.

I printed a comic at the shop there in Guerneville a few months ago, I plan to continue to print with Dee Dee. This is a great little shop and can help you accomplish whatever print project you will require! I will be going back!
