I brought my car for service first thing in the morning Saturday. And was told it would be two hours for them to review and look over my vehicle to see what was wrong. I called them back within three hours and I dropped it off. One of the guy said he call me back in 30 minutes. That they were looking at it as I was on the phone. I never got a call back so I decided to call him back. I never got an answer I waited till five so I can come to the shop and see what was up with my car. To my surprise, I arrived at the shop to a close shop. Nobody had the courtesy to call me. Or let me know what the status of my car was. I live 2 1/2 hours away. And now I'm stuck without a car. And without any information. And no one had the decency to call and let me know what was going on. This place is so sad that it has its business model all Ron. I would not recommend you taking your car to this place. It is not the place to go.
