It breaks my heart to give them anything lower than five stars. My husband was an estate attorney but I wanted a completely blank canvas and independent third party when drafting my trust and will 20+ years ago. Collin Kelly was fantastic. So much so that my husband had Collin so his trust documents. Weve gone through several updates and revisions and have been pleased. I recently contacted Colin to change a few specific things. He was a couple weeks in responding, but that was fine. I asked for a phone call as I wanted to make certain that we were clear. I heard nothing. A few weeks later, I asked for an appointment by phone and he responded immediately with four dates and times. Two worked and I let him know by return email. I never heard back. After several weeks, I emailed again asking if perhaps someone else would be better suited to handle my Trust and related docs. He said hed send the files the next day (I felt as I was dumped! Not at all what I wanted to hear!) But, Ive not received my files. I checked with my husband (whose health is not good), and he had requested a thumb drive with all of his documents over three years ago. He repeatedly followed up until his health precluded his active pestering. Hes received nothing. All in, what was a stellar firm seems to be not so good. Or, they just dont like us!

Colin Kelley helped me to distribute my mothers trust. His advice, counsel, and guidance helped me to retain the low property tax base that enable my brother to be able to afford to stay in the house. I so appreciate his accessibility, responsiveness, and kindness. Colin was professional, competent, articulate and accommodating. I made a conscious decision a few years back that I was only going to do business with nice people, and hes so nice. Thank you, Colin.

Mr. Kelley told me i would have a hard time finding a lawyer to take my case. Without even listening to all the facts he dismissed my case. i found 2 law firms right away that both wanted to represent me and I hired a San Rafael office that reached a settlement within 2 weeks. All it took were some strong arguments backed by case law. Mr. Kelley was utterly incompetent and would have caused me to lose my home.
