Ace Plumbing of Gold Country

Fidelity home warr sent this plumbing co our way, Do not recommend, plumber himself seemed good and we have had some good experiences in the past but this last time was a bad experience It's not the plumber- it's the man on the phone ,manager I guess, Glen,Ace didn't show up to appt,didn't call and did not follow thru with job or communicate, rude and condescending. I get that dealing with Fidelity is not easy, but they had us remove our utility sink, drywall then the leak was flooding laundry room, wouldn't come out, then the ticket was closed - told us Fidelity didn't authorize repair and Fidelity never received a request for auth etc etc. Job was reassigned thru warr co to a different plumber.

They were sent out by our home warranty company and the guy wouldn't even go under my house to look at the leak. Said the warranty company policy wouldn't allow it until someone else came out and dried it out. Then called the warranty company the next day and was told that they said we didn't have access to the leak so they couldn't fix it until access was made. It is a water pipe by the way so it isn't even that bad. I have never heard of a plumber who wouldn't get under a house because he might get dirty or wet. So don't know if they are good or not since they wouldn't do anything

We are very impressed with the quality not only of their plumbing work but also their communication and commitment to giving us the best service possible under somewhat unusual circumstances. In our book, these are the “good guys.”

Rep was unqualified to diagnose leak and rude and disrespectful to my wife refusing to listen and tracking dirt all through the house in the seven minutes he stayed.

This company is the best. They came nice and early and replaced my old shower valve. I highly recommend these guys.
