I do not live in the area and relied on the Intranet for my search for a florist by the hospital. After looking at several websites, I decided to contact Auburn Country Florist after viewing her creative, fresh and beautiful designs. The owner [Sherry] answered my call this morning. She was compassionate and easy to work with while being gracious and accommodating. Floral arrangement being delivered today. Thank you! UPDATE: 4:31pm - SPECTACULAR! My dear sister-in-law loved the flowers when she woke up!

These guys can do no wrong. Sent them my own crystal vase and they made me feel like a rock star to my lovely friend on her birthday. You guys are FABULOUS.

Amazing flowers and service.... I wanted to order my daughter flowers for her birthday, living in Italy a little concerned.... Auburn Country Florists exceeded my expectations, the arrangement was gorgeous! The owner listened carefully and made an arrangement to my exact specifications. Relatives in Sequim, WA ordered flowers for Mom's 97th birthday. Arrangement was impressive and water clear in the vase. 72 hours later perhaps 50% are wilted, droopy heads, vase water is extremely cloudy with yucky crud around edge. Talked with owner/designer and was given many reasons why flowers don't always last. Also was told I needed to trim the stems on the flowers each day to make them last longer. And the water needs to be changed regularly. That sure is going to screw up the arrangement, isn't it. Valid points but shouldn't be necessary so soon after delivery. (Two other arrangements received on the same day from different local shops are doing very well.) Not happy--- I do not recommend this florist and will let relatives in WA to not use Auburn Country Florist again.
