        Credit unions are the best banks and SCCU is tops

        Im shocked that such a small bank can get away with such terrible management and lies to their customers. No tap cards, no Apple Wallet or other modern payment methods and to top it off a very horrible mobile application which looks like it was made in MS Paint on a Firefox Browser. This bank is stuck in 2006. Recently applied for an automobile loan and did the entire application, had a hard check ran on my credit and was approved, only after I took the hit to my credit score and wasted my time I was informed they ONLY work with dealers on the CUDL System, AFTER I did the process. The CUDL System is a scam for Human Centric Automotive Financing which is really designed to make both the banks and credit unions more money. My entire family will be closing their accounts here next week and withdrawing all of our money and moving to Golden 1.. Absolutely ridiculous CU which will hopefully be out of business in the next 5-10 years.

        Terrible on line service. Reverses my attempt to do business on line back to sign up again and again. Very poor and blame it on my internet haha

        Ill informed individuals I called in to dispute a transaction and was told to call back when it actually posted. The transaction was on my wifes card who I share the account with, which they cancelled. I called back and the call was forwarded to 3rd party company that asked me another 20 questions (after providing social security# etc). Long story short after 20 min of phone calls they tell me my wife must call in even though I am the head of the account etc. Side note.I could not withdraw money in Brazil (was assured that card would work). Unorganized company!!! Update: I've only had problems when I call in. I don't expect anything extra just clear communication. The 800# customer service people have a tendency to talk down\over customers. Not satisfied at all. We most likely will be switching banks. Update: lost card, no way to report it on a Sunday! Crossing our fingers until Monday...how can this be legal?
