        Got what we came for overall. Actual Dr. A is funny over the phone but never met him in person. I called multiple places to get quotes and outline of process/procedure. I picked BVMC because of how helpful the woman on the phone was. Everything was great except the front desk receptionists communication/hospitality both times I came for visit. 2nd time I was waiting at door front, she unlocked door and as I'm holding my pet in pet carrier she turned and walked back to desk instead of opening door for me. Very brief and curt interactions with receptionists. Wish they'd demonstrate how to give your pet their meds instead of handing them over and that's it. Prices and proximity won here but customer services leaves you wanting for more.

        I took my dog who has kidney disease there for fluids and I asked them to give her water during the five hours procedure. And they said they will give it to her . They left the poor dog 5 hrs with no water.
