Office rarely answers phone.. when they do they sound like they’re being bothered to answer a call. They don’t follow through with requests. I would give less than a star if I could.

To give this place a full star , is a plus. I am unable to leave it at half a star. After waiting a month to see primary , was sent for blood work and CT throat. Staff called to tell me results, and Hung up during call. When I called them back the excuse was something wrong with my phone. Would not reccommend

This office should be shut down. The staff is inconsiderate and impossible to communicate with and do not care. They did not process a referral without good reason and made me had to cancel a separate appointment and miss work to come back into the office a different date. Dr. Koshak was not consistent with wearing a mask during my appointment during the pandemic (Summer 2021). Go anywhere else.

The ladies at this location are AWFUL. They are so rude and the lady “doctor” Claudia gave me a referral to a pediatrician, then told me I should just stay at their office instead of coming back. I needed to bring my baby in after having a seizure and they made it like it was such a problem to squeeze us in. I get that other people had appointments but the hospital told me to see our doctor within 24 hours or so. And she had the nerve to tell me, “Well you could have prevented this from happening”. The best thing I did was listen to her advice and switch to a pediatrician.
