Spectacularly terrible experience. A true dystopian nightmare of hold music a d receptionists that hate their job.
I just needed a recommendation for a dermatologist to get a cancerous growth removed, and itâ€™s been weeks now and the still refuse to give it to me. I keep getting put on hold, having my appointments pushed back later and later, and every time I talk to them itâ€™s like they have no idea Iâ€™ve ever used their services.
If you have any other options, they have to be better than this. My tumor is visibly growing and Iâ€™m hoping for a call back â€œbefore July 1st.â€
