He is not a professional lawyer. He shows up drunk and does not keep his appointments. I don't see how he can practice law and get away with it. I am yet to receive any official document of my "dissolution" case. On one occasion he shows up to an appointment that we had late and on shorts with a Hawaiian shirt, smelling like alcohol, he sat next to me and his assistant was going over the case, when I asked who was my attorney, he stated that his assistant was a licensed attorney so to this date I do not know what really I was charged for. If you are in the market for disappointment Ronald E. Gue is your man. If I could give a lower score, I would.

I hired Ron to draw up a pre-nup. When my marriage ended I met with Ron twice ( for a fee each time ) he assured me that the pre-nup was enforceable. After my family law attorney reviewed the pre-nup she saw problems with the document and contacted Ron to confer about the pre-nup , he stated that he couldn't put a face with my name, even though we recently had met twice! The document had no date next to the signatures nor was it notarized. Find a different lawyer if you want to avoid problems. As far as I am concerned he was negligent as owes me a complete refund, ( Not going to happen ).
