We arranged to be home twice (two days in a row) for an estimate, leaving work early on both days....and Quality Craft did not show up for the estimate on either day.  On both days, I gave a 30 minute courtesy window before calling the store...I was informed that if I still wanted the estimate, I would need to either reschedule or wait several more hours.  Such a waste of time and money on our end, leaving work early for this estimate and ending up empty-handed.  We understand that things do happen that fall out of our control, which is why we have them a second chance.  I didn't get upset the first time, but after a second no-show, I am going to move on.

I've depended on Rick and his team at QualityCraft for many years for both carpet and other flooring and have been extremely satisfied. You can't beat his prices and selection. Seriously. I'm sad that we're moving and won't have our trusted source just down the street.  Good old-fashioned customer service. Thanks, QualityCraft!!
