MDW Construction provided excellent workmanship and service. Michael the owner of the company came out to kick off the job with him team as scheduled. In fact, Michaels team shows up as scheduled, Michael answers text/calls immediately and he and his team are very detailed oriented. Not only did they clean up after themselves and seal off the work area, they even cleaned off a stove, upon request that had burned residue on the outside from the last 44 years. They even offered and fixed some sagging shelves that were outside the scope of the project.

Another project completed by Mike and his team at MDW, and we couldn't be more impressed!We have locations across the country, and each build-out requires extraordinary attention to detail to ensure brand standards are met.MDW is professional, experienced, and exhibits an amazing ability to bring our projects to life!We found MDW 4 years ago when we did our first major renovation, and I'm so glad we did.  Since then we have completed several additional projects with them, and the results are outstanding.Highly, highly recommended!

Mike and his guys at MDW are fantastic.  They are everything you want in a contractor.  They are professional, punctual, clean, and they do great work.  They fixed a tiled shower that was not properly installed by another contractor.  Something happened on this job that has never happened with any other contractor.  After getting into the job it was determined that not as many materials were needed to make the repair as anticipated and he reduced his price.  When does that ever happen?  That is some integrity.  Likewise, he finished ahead of schedule.  These guys are real down to earth and were a pleasure to do business with.  I will be doing work with them again in the future.  They are my "go-to" guys now.

We are SO happy with Mike and his team from MDW.  This was our first time doing a remodel and believe me when I say we were so nervous about choosing the right company.  We watched tons of HGTV shows and we never truly realized all that comes along with working on a house.  Mike surpassed our expectations many times over.  He really made us feel comfortable and secure with our decision to do this remodel.  MDW did a phenomenal job with removing a wall and providing a sound structural support for our home.  On top of that they tiled our whole house (1650sq), moved water lines, electrical work, patch work, just about everything we needed, they provided.   Mike was ALWAYS forth coming, honest and worked with us on our budget.  His team was always on time, courtesy of our time and very clean.  These guys were neat, organized and very clean.  Every night they cleared and cleaned to prep for the next day. I never felt like I was coming home to a mess.We are beyond impressed with his work and are in love with our remodel.  I would recommend Mike over and over again!
