Very Unprofessional never calls back ,doesnt answer his phone keeps texting saying he will call you back after a Deposition and never Does

Several times reaching out to the office while working with Malczynski, I left my name and number for at least a call back. We sat down once to go over details. After that he did not respond or his office decided to tell me he was busy. This place never got back to me to schedule another appointment and is very unreliable.

Where do I start? Cloyd has got to be the most lazy and inconsiderate man that I have ever met.  WHY? He failed to do a basic search to see that I was in fact listed on a deed and proceeded to berate me for not hiring an attorney within 6 months of my father's death.  He told me just how  many problems I would now have and scoffed at the idea of a non-attorney not knowing what to do after a death when property is concerned.  He pushed my father's paperwork at me and said sarcastically "Where is YOUR name on this?!". I mistakenly thought that my dad's trust that named me the trustee, made me now own the property.  My bad. WOW. Well, after all of that rudeness I hired sapphire law group and WOW! They are amazing! WIth one search they noticed that my name, in fact, IS ON THE DEED and that this will be an easy situation! AND FOR $200 less to fix!. He was also rude to my husband when he incorrectly ASSUMED that his father had died.  He not only gave ZERO CONDOLENCES, his immediate answer to a question my husband had about their estate, was that "There's nothing we can do, your dad is dead!"  When in fact, his dad was still living!  This guy does NOT RESEARCH ANYTHING!! STEER CLEAR OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY TO A LAZY POMPOUS man.
