Leaders Motor

I really want to give them 5 stars. I bought a 2011 Ford F350 from them, got a great deal and initially Sam was great. He gave me one of the parts that were missing and promised to get me a manual and a couple of other parts. He texted and said he couldn't get me the manual but would get me the other parts. But now it's been a month or so since I got the truck and I've been texting him for the whole time regarding the parts he promised me and no response. I guess since the deal is done he doesn't care anymore. I think he means well but follow through is very poor. Sad that they don't care about customer service.

I had been searching for a vehicle for a few months and found what I needed at Leaders Motor. I emailed the dealer and received a prompt and friendly response from Francis. When I stopped by to test drive the car, Francis was very friendly, honest and quick to address any concerns and questions with the car. He volunteered a CarFax report almost immediately, did not pressure or try to up-sell me something else. Francis and Sam ( the other sales person) made the buying experience at Leaders Motor something to remember, in a very good way, and I would recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a car or truck.

Met with Francis Homsi regarding a 2010 Lexus I was interested in purchasing for my wife.  Francis was very cool to talk to and very helpful.  I didn't have the usual sales pressure to deal with like at other car dealerships.  He was straightforward, and honest about everything. I appreciated the car buying experience with him, and would definately recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to try them out.  So good job Francis, and keep up the good work.
