        Monterey tow? I thought this was uhaul. Phone is answered as Monterey tow which is notaruously knows crooked inpound lot.

        We claimed the deal for $19.95 for around town. We barely had the truck for an hour. What is NOT known is that you also have to pay $20 for insurance too. There went $40. The location is also sketchy. We weren't even sure we arrived at the right place. Very rundown and not looking like a U-Haul location. Does U-Haul not take pride in their service anymore?? I was very disappointed. This was not the experience I was hoping for, nor was the false advertising for their price very professional. Shame on you, U-Haul!!!
