Robert Hall & Associates (Accountants & Tax Preparers)

Maybe we got a dud for a CPA at the firm, but she was very nonresponsive and did not provide any information that she stated she would follow-up on. This happened not once but twice. First time we only got a response after we complained on the survey that was given and the 2nd time still no response even after our complaint. Also did not get much advice until after I probed, what if I didn't know about the tax strategies to begin with to ask about it. Only they they were good at is confirming what you can write off and what you cannot write off.

We had a horrible experience with them. We paid $1000 up front for help to retrieve taxes that were owed us for the last several years. We would call for weeks with no response only to find out that whoever is working our case is on maternity leave or out of the country on vacation. The IRS ended up closing our account (clearly they hadn't done their job). The account was re-opened and we were told they were going to expedite us getting our money... months later we called for an update only to find out they are wiping their hands of our case. So basically they took our money and didn't do what we paid them for. Very frustrated/ angry/ disappointed with this company. We lost out on over $45,000 because of them

They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They were efficient, professional and very thorough. Well worth it.

I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Hall and Associates. I was fit into their schedule with only about 2 weeks notice (or maybe less). My tax preparation appointment was 2 hours, but it flew by so quickly! I was treated with the utmost respect and care, and yet at the same time, the sheer knowledge, experience, and up to date knowledge of every last little tax break made for a truly miraculous end result! During my tax prep appointment, it was determined that it would behoove me to set up an S Corp - which was done and handled seemlessly and smoothly! I cannot believe how MUCH we accomplished in 2 hours, and how much money Mr Hall saved me! Thank you so much, Bob, for your time, expertise and efforts, and for making it fun with you comedic prowess all the while!

I have been a client of Hall & Associates for over 20 years. They do a great job and have an excellent reputation. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I highly recommend Hall and Associates. Thank you to Mike Watson and the entire staff at Hall & Associates.
