I recently started a brand and my printing order came out amazing and it's so nice to find someone local that does small qualities. They have decent prices as well and are very knowledgeable. So glad that I found them as I can count on them to get things done.

The absolute best! I'm a designer and was sent to Pellegrino with a request to to try some difficult DTG prints (all white print on a white shirt, and all black print on a black shirt). Talked to at least 6 other print shops around the country who informed me that it was not possible to do. Pellegrino was able to order the exact brand & style that I wanted and the actual shirts look just as good as my mockup. I was worried due to the difficulty of the print but the shirts are absolutely perfect!

The best DTG printer in Los Angeles, hands down!!! Tina and her team at Pellegrino Printers are extremely hospitable, accommodating and professional. They go above and beyond get you the best quality tees and prints at a more than fair price. AMAZING print quality. They’ve got a lifetime customer in me.

Terrible customer service...ordered masks for my family months ago(April), Never received my $396 order. Apparently, it was delivered, no signature required. I live at a gated home with cameras and have received packages from FedEx, UPS, DHL for 15 years with no issues. Owner of the company was rude, condescending and did not offer any reason or excuse for non-delivery. Basically I gave the company $396 with no merchandise. They get one star because if I give no stars it does not go on record. Beware of an angry, rude, condescending business owner who does not know professional business sense, customer service or how to communicate with a dissatisfied customer. Btw the masks were for my son in law who is a doctor in New York and for my daughter who was pregnant at the time, additionally, for my other 3 children in various hotspots of the pandemic. I was appalled at the way I was treated, and I had to make other arrangements at a time when health and safety is a concern and a lack of masks were available. Shame on you and shame on your company.
