Awesome experience! Brought my 2012 Toyota for a speaker and radio fix and Albert went above and beyond, doing an incredible job. He even fixed the installation for my back up camera. Everything sounds great! Would recommend for any fixes, thank you!

Very great service. I went in because I did a poor job trying to install a backup camera on my own. They were able to fix my mistakes and get everything working properly. I would highly recommend you choose Glendale Auto Sound for your car's needs.

Ive read other reviews about businesses were people say this was the worst business experience in their entire life or things like that. Ive always thought these people were exaggerating because there can only be one experience like that for each persons lifetime. Well, this business experience I had at Glendale auto sound with Albert was that terrible. It really was literally the worst business experience Ive ever had, and I am 69 years old! It has taken me several months just to be willing to think about the miserable experience. I had there in order for me to sit down to take time to write this review and Im going to keep it as short as possible, but here are some of the highlights of why it was so terrible for me. Albert, asked for cash and I stupidly paid him in cash for a terrible new radio and a terrible installation. My phone didnt work. The reception is terrible and when I tried to explain this to Albert, he kept explaining why there was no problem. Like I cant hear the static in the radio or I cant notice that I cant use my telephone!!! Anyway, I ended up going five different times trying to resolve various issues and eventually I gave up and literally paid him to put back my old radio. This experience cost me five separate trips, each one taking about an hour and a half and the end result was that I ended up with my same radio that I started with. Only now it doesnt work as well because the wiring occasionally shorts out in the car. I see that this business has had many positive reviews, which is great, but as far as Im concerned, Ive been ripped off. Oh yeah, at the end, when Albert told me that he couldnt possibly return the radio that I had just purchased from him I asked him to at least give it to me since I actually believe I could return it for the money I spent for it. However, as soon as I asked him that, he suddenly told me he couldnt possibly give it to me because he was going to use it for spare parts. I think this is just such a bunch of bull and, in case I wasnt absolutely clear on this point, I am really really unhappy with Albert and this business!
