I ordered a pair of boots and received a pair of beautiful boots that were marked 8 1/2. The problem was, these boots were at least size 9 1/2-10. I messaged the company and was informed that a 20% re-stocking fee would be assessed before I was able to ship the boots back. I waited a few weeks and was later informed they had emailed me an invoice. Long story short, they never sent an invoice and I'm the proud owner of boots that are way too large. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!

I know for a fact the boots are good because I’ve used them before. My first pair took me from my first day on the job as an EMT, through medic school, and we’ll beyond. However, when I ordered this pair I did so needing them within two weeks. I ordered them almost that long ago and it’s still telling me the order is “processing.” It’s unacceptable. Have tried calling them 8 times, have emailed them 3 times, up to the point of telling them that if they don’t respond I’ll have to dispute the charge. Crickets. The Escondido uniform store carries the same boots (in D width sizes only) so now my bank has to reverse the charge or I’ll be charged for one pair of boots twice. Good product, horrid service and communication.

I am very disappointed. I ordered my boots May 2021 and I have not received them. I have not had any follow up from a company represent. I paid $342.06 for these boots.

UPDATE****** I ordered a size 11 in boots on Wednesday July 28th 2021. I paid for the 1 day shipping. Today is Thursday august 5th and I still have not received my boots. I have reached out to this company via email and phone several times to see the status of my order and get a refund for the 1 day shipping that I paid for. I still have not received my order and nobody has contacted me after I left several messages to see the status of my order. Its upsetting and unprofessional on their part. UPDATE! I never received my boots, I contacted my credit card company to have my purchase retracted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not return emails and their phone number is out of service. Seems to be one big scam to take your money. These guys are trash.

I’ve been buying all my work boots here for nearly 30 years. Best boots I’ve ever found. I’m on my feet all day sometimes 14 hours straight. I love these boots and the service that comes with them. If you’re in the Los Angeles area, I would stop by and see the quality in person. If you’re shopping online, know that they are a solid company with excellent products.
