        They brag about their 100 day exchange policy, but we had a horrible experience when we tried to exchange our mattress. They only exchange with equal or higher priced mattress. We bought a very expensive mattress and when we wanted to exchange it for a lower priced mattress (same brand), we ended up paying more to do our exchange.
