Copies of keys made in 5 minutes and prices are reasonable but I found that the gentleman’s customer service was lacking. Overall the job was done well and quick. Large selection of keys and accessories. I will be a returning customer.

The locksmith’s solution for patio door was to insert key part from a new patio door key handle and make a hole in my original patio door handle. The lock installed for the patio door was functional but the final look of the door lock was not nice because the locksmith drilled an imperfect hole to insert the key part so there was a noticeable gap which was covered with putty. During the job I told the locksmith three times to be sure to leave the handle of the part that I purchased so that I can use the patio handle for backup or replace the handle since not looks nice. However, the locksmith left with leaving the door handle. I kept communicating for two weeks to return the handle but only only have been getting the runaround. Overall my impression is that once they leave the locksmith will not return for correction or anything. Be wary of hiring this locksmith. Also called the dispatcher to help get the get back but no success. Service: Security door locks
