Western Drug Medical Supply

If I could put no stars I would. They have the worst service on sending medical supplies. They also have the poor communication skills. Theres no one to talk to, you just keep getting transferred over and over again. Terrible service.

I have been calling for two days and they only transferred me, I left a message and they called me in a few hours, but only to transfer me again and leave my number to call me again, they didn't call me either, I have continued calling and leaving messages and nothing!

This is the worst medical supply facility ever. Ever year there is an issue with receiving my daughter's supplies. They always blame the doctor's office. Same excuse. Whatever you do, don't use this facility. This would be the 3rd year in a row.

This is. Really. Bad. Not. Recommend. For. Anybody. This guys. Supost to by. Working. But I try to. Comuniqu. With this pharmacy. But. No body answer. Since 3 weeks ago. ?? But. This. Personal. Continues revive. Payment. Because they. Work. Pretty much . But. Is not. True. Im still. Waiting. To some body return. The. Call. But. Anyway. Im not recommending. This. Poor. Service. Really. Is. Sad

NO STARS from me! I'm in the medical field and would never treat customers the way the C-PAP department does. ive been waiting 2 weeks for them to pick up my cpap machine because it blows to hard, they well not send a new until they get the old one, so in the meantime im suffering with no sleep!!!! i would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
