Horrible and unprofessional customer service and VERY poor communication skill.
My wedding was on 9/22/2018, I ordered my wedding flowers from Suzanna's Flowers, she did an awful work on mine and my bridesmaids' bouquet and she messed up my ceremony decoration by not decorating it AT ALL. when I got there, there was no flowers, no runner because she simply forgot to decorate the ceremony area even though we had talked about it couple times, and when wedding and hotel coordinator tried to reach her she did not even bother to answer their call. Imagine a nice outdoor wedding ceremony with NO FLOWERS and DECORATION.
Basically she ruined the entire wedding by not communicating and arranging with hotel and wedding staff what she was supposed to do.
Let me tell you about her pricing, on the first the she will give you a quote about what you asking for and as soon as she gets the deposit then she will raise the prices by pretending she did not understand what your request was.
Not happy doing business with her and not recommending her at all.
she is fake, do not trust her at all.
