Flower Delivery Glendale

Worst customer service. I ordered flowers online for a friend in the hospital. I called her and she said she never received them. I called this flower place and the manager said they were delivered. My friends husband asked the front desk of the hospital and they said they hadn't seen any flowers. I then called the flower place back and the manger was so passive aggressive and rude. I asked for a refund, because I didn't think I should pay for a product I didn't recieve and he said he can only give me 50% of my money back. I told him how do I even know that they really delivered the flowers like they claim they did, and the manager said he can show me a signature from the front desk, like if they couldn't have lied and signed it themselves. I asked for them to resend the flowers, because they were expensive. He then proceeded to tell me how expensive it is for them to pay the driver and for the product and that this was basically a waste of their money. I don't care how much it is costing them. I paid for a product I didn't receive. I will never shop from here again.

My first and last time using them. The flowers were wilted and very messy. It is so easy for it to come loose and the packaging and presentation looks very cheap. Will not be back. Especially for the price would rather go to JLF or Empty Vase when it’s only an extra $30-50 for higher quality flowers and better presentation. Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered flowers online and was called and told they didn't have the ones I chose in stock. I called back and let the girl know she left me a voicemail that the bouquet style was out of stock and she responded with "ok?". First red flag but I had to take initiation on asking for another arrangement online that was listed cheaper and they said they would add more to fill in the original cost I was paying instead of price matching me back. I called the next day to verify delivery because I didn't get anything from the person we were sending flowers to. The same girl on the phone was very short and rude and said they were delivered without asking details - second red flag. I waited another 2 days and reached out to the person they were supposed to be delivered to and she said she didn't receive anything. I called back and again the same girl told me the driver had issues with delivery and delivered to the wrong suite number. Then while going over the order details she apologized and stated she was looking at another order but my order was also delivered incorrectly. I asked for a refund and she said it would show up in 3-5 business days or if not, 10 days max. She did not process the refund and almost 20 days later I had to reach out AGAIN and remind them to refund me because she didn't process it. I can't leave a review on their arrangements but their customer service is TERRIBLE.
