TERRIBLE CONTRACTOR. Does not pay subcontractors! Subcontractor has been in a struggle to be paid for months, filed a lawsuit, they settled, AND THEN WOULD NOT PAY THE SETTLEMENT. Subcontractor had to re-sue, and as to date they have not been paid! President Bahram Mabassaghi has nothing but lie about payment, do not work for this contractor if you want to get paid, and do not hire them if you want to see workers paid!

Does not pay subcontractors! Subcontractor has been in a struggle to be paid for 15 months,(over a year) filed a lawsuit, they settled, AND THEN WOULD NOT PAY THE SETTLEMENT. Subcontractor had to RE-SUE IN SUPERIOR COURT, and as to date they have not been paid! President Bahram Mabassaghi has nothing but lie about payment! DO NOT work for this contractor if you want to get paid, and do not hire them if you want to see workers paid! This Company will do nothing but lie, cheat and steal your money. They have no business ethics whatsoever... they HAVE CAUSED ANGELS LANDSCAPING TO LOSE TEN'S OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in lost work, attorney fees, and for not being able to pay their bills because these flakes do not pay We finished the contract 100% completed and punch list for a LA School filed stop notices and a lawsuit costing $8,000.00 then settled just to be done cutting our contract by $18,000.00 as of today not a dime had to file second lawsuit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
