Great personal service, knowledgeable and reasonable! Just needed a small part for my shower door. They went out of their way to get me the right part!

Had a bad experience today on the phone with the lady who answered.  Asked for someone to come by my house to take a look at a couple of windows and doors that need to be replaced in my garage.  She told me that I needed to come by the showroom first to pick out what I want.  What happened to the good old days when someone would come by with brochures and explain what they can do and what options are available?  I've had work done by JR in the past and was very happy their work but I guess those days are gone.  Take your business elsewhere.  JR isn't interested in quality customer service anymore.  What a shame.

We were put on a service list over a month ago to have our whole house all seven doors serviced and resealed they never called back We called them they didn't return our call We went in person then we're told our job was to small and they wouldn't even schedule a repair They lied to us and made us wait over a month just to be told we didn't have a house project big enough for them Their office manager was not even kind or offering an option just said she couldn't help us we would have given them a zero but we had to go with one star who does that to honest customers ?

If I could save one person from the horrible experience I had with this business, and Lindy and Calvin, by writing this review, then it is worth my time. I always want to support local businesses, so I ordered a door with them. They never delivered the door, it took 4 months after the promised delivery date, to get our deposit back, and at the end of at all, Lindy became angry and abusive, as if we had done something wrong. We repeatedly asked, in person, and on the phone for our door or our deposit back... Lindy and Calvin's choice. We waited patiently for 6 months. Not one single time did Lindy ever call us with an update about our order, although she promised no less than  10 times to contact the manufacturer and get back to us. I even offered to call the manufacturer myself if it would be helpful. I have to guess there is something else amiss at this business, when people like ourselves who want to support local business are treated so very poorly. It was really shocking and upsetting how Lindy treated us, when after 6 months we had done nothing but asked for our door to be delivered or our money returned. It took us a couple of days to shake it off. The way we were dealt with by Lindy actually hurt my heart. So, take your business elsewhere if for no other reasons than, 1) you might actually need a product delivered to you in a timely fashion. 2) you are not up for an abusive and emotional battle with the owners of a local business you are trying to support and give  money to. Be warned. At least we got our money back!

Don't ever ever do business here. 6 months later, we don't have a door and they won't refund our deposit. They are crooks.
