As both an employee and a client of Top Notch Staffing Inc. I have had only positive experiences. Vartan is my immediate supervisor and scheduler. He is caring and fair. We get paid promptly with no issues. He has punctual and energetic people to have as coworkers. Everyone is enthusiastic and professional with focus on exceeding client expectations. As a client I have used the agency for several small events. My guests have always been blown away. Vartan makes sure everything is clear and covered. If you need event staffing and don't want to worry about anything then look no further. Vartan will make sure you as a client or as an employee have everything you need.

Had a terrible experience. I would never hire this company for any events I have for my business or celebrity events. Personally, from my experience, If youre looking for someone thats unprofessional and inexperienced as possible in hospitality- then this is the company for you. I wanted to give a small business a try for my company. I have witnessed and feel Vartan is racist towards clients and staff. I feel like if youre a white male, youre safe, but could potentially over charge you and bad mouth you to staff. Review your contracts is my suggestions and read the fine print. If you have a lawyer, even better and have them review it. Ask questions even if they are ridiculous plus you might annoy him and then you can decide if you want to work with him. It seems he has poor comprehension of the word no. Im worried about his education in my opinion because he really doesnt understand consent, contracts, customer service or how to run a business. As a woman I have never felt safe around him. I feels like all he cares about is how quickly he can make a sale and up charge clients. The way this man has spoken to me makes me fear for my life. I was scared to even put this review out but I feel like as a POC woman, others need to be aware of my experiences so this doesnt happen to anyone else. Lastly, as apart of the LGBTQIA+ community, this is not a company I recommend for events either because of my personal experience. I have my discovery to back up my statements and experiences.

Great food and gorgeous presentation! Your wonderful customer service and delicious food (thank you, Chef Danny) made our event special! Although we were in our own backyard, your setup and team made us feel like we were dining in a 5 star restaurant. The guests enjoyed the service very much! Thank you, Vartan and team, for your hard work!

Vartan and Aileen are lovely people to work for! They want to send their best staffers to all events and they certainly do. I've enjoyed working with the current clients they have lined up. Highly recommend hiring them for your waitstaff and bartending needs for any event and any occassion! Top Notch!!
