Pay you on time. They owe me three loads that should have been paid a week ago. I tried to speak to a supervisor and they refused to transfer me. I've had such a hard time dealing with these shady people. Don't do business with them.

Booked a load with Enzo Nelson for $1100. Months later the load was paid $1050. Tried to reach out and check on why shortpaid and noone picks up the phone. Got an email from accounting saying the broker changed the rate but no notes and explanation. This is very unprofessional and just wrong. Still cannot reach the broker.

I been working for Tristar and I never ever had a single problem with my payment they always pay to me it’s a good place to work, sometimes loads have issues like missing paperwork or freight damage things like that and they have delays while resolving the issue but that is a process. If some factories don’t work with them is bc they are more like a dispatch office they look for the loads and offered to you obviously they charge little percent but that is not scam it’s business you provide a service and you charge for the service.

They are cheap and robbers my payment is due since October 2019 and haven’t received a single penny from them and their account team never respondes to the call
