Public Storage Corporate Office

I rented a storage unit at the beginning of the month, I received a partial credit on my credit card, Called Public Storage on Thursday and was told someone would call me back within 24-72 hours, APPARENTLY, Public Storage CANCELLED MY UNIT without my knowledge. I called back on Monday and again was told the same thing but added the 1 time fee of $29.00 was non-refundable...I DIDN'T CANCEL THE UNIT, YOU DID!!!! I called the local facility also, but you can't reach anyone. I'm going to the BBB about this. This should have been taken care of on the first phone call. This place has lost my business for SURE!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL....AND SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS before choosing this place. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Renting from this place has been a nightmare. On top of things not working, no staff at this location, and them almost doubling my rent, these super generous people want to charge me $130 for a full month because I was there on the first of the month cleaning out my unit.

here are some facts about public storage if you choose to use them: 1) their price will continue to increase monthly despite their poor customer service, 2) they dont fight crime- if you have an outdoor parking their gate will continue to malfunction and lock you out of storage unit or be left wide open for the public to steal. 3) they will hide video footage to protect thieves and wont release it to insurance company. 4) the insurance you pay for will not cover theft in parking lots. 5) communication is horrible. only can reach office mananger after 9 am. they put so much power in the hands of office manager yet they have little say in solving problem in their centrally organized power, this nobody takes any responsibility .

Pupblic storage over charged me on a lot for my camper. And they was being paid for the lot from someone else. They rented the lot out to someone elses. I also rented a storage shed and before the month before I moved out. I told them I was moving out in December. I took my lock off and left there insert lock in the unit. And I told them that. And they are try to rip me off for storage I have not used. They are nothing but criminal thieves.
