        Dr. Flores is very patient, thorough, and caring. I have seen him at another location, the Glendale office is closer to me, but I did not have the best experience with the front office staff (that is the only reason for one star being deducted, due to the staff, not the doctor). The doctor is great, and I recommend him, but two of the women in front are unprofessional, inconsiderate and thoughtless. If he could get a good office manager, it would be 5 stars.
