Rude, unprofessional and terrible service. No supervisor available and girl who is processing your reservation talking with you in rude and arrogant tone. Avoid this location for all times.

Proposing to book online a pick up at 5pm once the store is closed is something I havent seen before and sets up for a brilliant customer experience. Bravo.

The check-in experience at this Avis location was absolutely terrible. Their credit card reader could not process my credit card via swipe, and did not have chip or tap technology. The customer service agent (Laura) refused to hand type my card number in, and required me to use another card. All I had was a debit card, and she informed me that using a debit card would require a credit check. I asked if it was a hard inquiry, and she was unable to answer my question. She seemed increasingly agitated when I requested if she could ask her manager. She finally made a call and provided me the information I needed. I booked the vehicle through my employer. I have never been asked to provide "proof" of employment at check-in until this visit. She first asked for my company badge (which she wouldn't have been able to validate as a real badge). I asked if I could provide my work email address and she agreed. I provided it to her, and she proceeded to ask me to hand over my phone to look at my Outlook account (which I saw a an invasion of my privacy). Laura should not be in the customer service industry. She needlessly escalated the interaction, and was increasingly rude. She was not solution oriented, and seemed to look for reasons to not honor my reservation. The check in process took about 20 minutes (way too long), she refused to tell me the make and model of the rental (she never asked if that vehicle would work for me). She eventually told me to go around the corner and look at the vehicle that was in the car wash area. Furthermore, the vehicle should have been ready. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the car to be cleaned. This experience is unacceptable, and very inconsistent with any other Avis experience. Laura's attitude was terrible, and really seemed to hate her job, and unfortunately decided to take out on a loyal customer.
