Union bank has very bad fraud department and customer service is uneducated and takes forever to solve a problem

I went to this Union Bank location to open a new Freely business checking account, because of a promotion I received in the mail. After having an extremely unpleasant experience at another branch location my day was turned into a very positive and optimistic experience with prompt friendly and courteous service from this team.The bank is open, clean beautiful and everyone is very welcoming and professional. A special thank you to the branch manager/VP Lilit Ojakhyan and Imelda They were empathetic about the experience and worked diligently to ensure that my experience with them would be wonderful.From the moment I walked it I could tell the focus on exceptional customer service was in play, Imelda was helpful and knowledgeable and although you need an appointment now to sit with a bank, she made it happen for me.I sat down with Lilit and she made me feel so welcome and appreciated. She was very pleasant and attentive and offered solutions to empower my business success. To make the matter even better, Lilit sent me a follow-up email the next day to ensure she answered all my questions.My overall experience was a true testament to the significance of positive leadership capabilities that can impact directly impact a company's profitability.I am happy to work with Lilit on my business account.If you are in the Glendale area and looking to have a pleasant experience with your banker, I suggest Lilit and her team at Union Bank.

This branch is amazing... The tellers are very nice and helpful. Imelda, the customer service manager, is just wonderful and polite. I love doing business with them... keep up the good work
