    Dishonest people. Go to Hyundai Downtown or just anywhere but here. They engage in dishonest tactics, lie to close deals, and are just in general not trustworthy. Regret buying through them.

    SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and go somewhere else if you can! I only give a star for the nice car but the customer service at the dealership deserves a zero. I wanted to buy a 2023 Santa Fe Plugin and happened to find the car at the Glendale dealership. We went to the dealership on a Saturday evening where a lady helped assist us. I asked to see the car when she told me it is being cleaned and will not be ready until Monday. She wrote down all my information and said she would call me back on Monday. Days go by and I never received a call. I decided to come back a week later where then I was helped by the salesman Narig. We were able to see the car and test drive and I purchased it. They told me that the car would not be ready to be picked up until Monday (two days later) as the car needs to be serviced and cleaned. The car should be ready at noon. I decided to take a day off work to pick up the car. Monday morning I called the office for an update and no one picked up. Then I get a text from service at noon saying they did not start the service because I needed to sign paperwork and needed to come into the office ASAP. I then called Narig who then said that is not correct, he dropped off the car in the morning. Seems like there was some miscommunication between sales and service. Finally the car starts to be serviced at 1pm. I asked Narig for updates when I can pick it up, he did not answer my calls and insisted to text me instead. He said he would keep me updated but hours went by and I did not hear back. After much waiting and me just showing up at the dealership to complain, the car was ready at 6pm (6 hours after the initial time I was told). When I picked up the keys, they only provided one key! I asked for a second one and they told me a story that the previous owner did not return the second key. (Keep in mind the previous owner was this dealership as this was their loaner car!!!) I refused to take this car with one key and asked to speak with the manager. Apparently the manager was too busy closing deals that he could not come out to speak with me. An assistant manager comes out and asks me how much money I would be willing to put in for the key and they can discount me. After 30 min of arguing, I got them to be accountable for paying for the second key for me. THEN all of a sudden, Narig comes out of the office miraculously with the second key saying it was "misplaced". I read other reviews with a similar story. They are scammers, save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs.
