Nick did a terrible job for me, he is not a attorney so he has standard demand letter that he uses for all his cases, but when car companies play games Nick gets stuck very easily and just abandons your case, I tried to contact Norman Taylor to let him know I'm not happy with Nick, but Norman never returned my calls.

We been there 20 years ago on a easy case MBZ car in the shop over 45 days then we sent few people who needed help w their car , they told us bad stories about there experience With them we didn’t believe it but stopped recommending them , till we went there for our BMW which took them few days then asked for more paperwork we provided , after a long time they asked for $450 to $550 for court expenses we paid then out of nowhere they told us we will not pursue Your case. We went to the office asked why, they said it didn’t looked like we could win we said you didn’t go to court didn’t fight for us give us our money back they said no can do, told them we hired You to help and fight for us and you didn’t he said that’s all there is And they all where so rude all the time which was shocking, this was the worst service Ever For us don’t go to them They will not fight for your rights they only do what’s good for them 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
