I have had a wonderful time living here over the past two years ! The staff is very friendly, always assisting with any maintenance or issues in a timely manner. The area is wonderful, literally the heart of Glendale, with tons of restaurants and things to do around the area. There's also a ton of guest parking for any residents who want to bring guests over. I would highly recommend the Brand !~

Worst experience. 1) I’d cleaned the apartment before moving out(see attached photos), but they still charged a cleaning fee out of my deposit. As they said on the call “it’s normal”. They have to clean and sanitize the apartment after each move out especially in COVID-19, so they put their expenses on you. 2) There was always a loud music coming from restaurant/ banquet hall nearby even on weekends till 2am-3am. Management didn’t resolve this issue. 3) If you are planning to extend your lease, they’ll increase your monthly payment, while prices are going down on the market. 4) Cockroaches! I lived on a top floor and Cockroaches were coming from rooftop, where dogs usually poop.

Location is good everything else is bad. They charged me for final move out 1800 and I left the apartment in a better condition than move in. Also, I send them several emails with the pictures of all the items of the move in inspection but no body even responded. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anybody.
