Hiring a contractor to renovate our front yard was both exciting and overwhelming. As we discovered quickly, all contractors are definitely not the same. Eventually, after much research we chose CA Palace Pavers to bring our hardscape dream project to life. Having the right Project Team was vital to this experience and most definitely instrumental for the project's success. Jeronimo Plascencia (Licensed Contractor/Owner) and George Heropolous (Project Consultant) made every effort to meet our expectations and vision for the yard. Jeronimo's team was professional, arrived on time daily and extremely adaptable to changes as the project plan unfolded . Jeronimo had an eye for detail and a work ethic to match. The construction site was left spotless every day. Jeronimo, Ernesto, Oscar, George and the rest of his team were absolutely fantastic. The team consisted of master craftsmen who took great pride in their work and areas of specialty. Our yard presents with lovely pavers displayed in artistic curves, a maze of well placed irrigation throughout, beautiful lighting to accent the pathway, trees, and shrubs, a decorative rustic wall to embrace the perimeter, and even a gorgeous redwood fence with gate for the neighbor was masterfully crafted. All we need now are colorful plants placed within the irrigated circles for the final touch. Many compliments have been shared by neighbors, people in vehicles passing by, or individuals on their neighborly walks. Thank you Jeronimo and Team! CA Palace Paver’s Jeronimo & his team did an amazing job with our driveway, back patio Paver stone, free-standing wall installation, pergola installation and add-on inground paver lights. He arranged the PG&E to mark the gas line so no issues with start date and even with Covid-19 didn’t impact the job. They were always on time, respectful, professional by wearing masks and cared for our home when doing the job by cleaning up during the entire step of the way. Jeronimo & his team started off in mid July 2020 with demo of our back patio demo making seem easy. To complicate things a little we had a patio cover and he made sure it was braced properly for demo until the pavers were installed and placing it onto the pavers as if it was never even touched. Once back patio demo was completed, they moved to the driveway. The crew members were hard working and skilled in what they did. We are very happy with the job! Project management: We had no issues with the start to finish as Jeronimo was always on the job or checking in every day to make sure it was done properly and when anything seemed incorrect it was quickly resolved. Politeness, Professionalism & flexible: All of the team members were always polite saying good morning, being respectful and listening to what you were saying in when it comes with the job. They were very accommodating for job changes, additions etc. Clean up: As mentioned, daily clean-up was always addressed. At the end of the project, there were some 'specialized' cleanup areas that required a more detailed approach. Jeronimo made sure all cleanup was addressed and then some. Porta Potty: I wasn’t expecting one but again something Jeronimo addressed by placing the order and having it delivered so his team members didn’t have to leave the job site. It is completely abnormal to have a porta potty in front of our home for duration of the job. Thank you to Jeronimo for making sure all Porta Potty delivery & scheduled maintenance needs were addressed. In summary, the project was well worth it and we are now enjoying our outdoor living space. Just look at the pictures! We recommend Jeronimo, CA Palace Pavers to others, with the understanding that no matter which company you choose, and all projects are not going to be the same. Should any issues arise during the job, Jeronimo will address it promptly because he is an honest hard-working guy along with his team, they will work very hard/smart to make your job look great in the end.

I just want to share my experience working with them. I'm so happy with the result. The paving service they did was beyond my expectations, the rate is very affordable and they were very polite and always on time. Will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend this paving contractor.

CA Palace Pavers did an excellent job in paving our driveway. They had to take extra time to cut the roots under the driveway from a tree close by but they didn`t charge extra for this added work. They were excellent to work with and very professional. We would use this company again.

They did a magnificent job on my driveway. They came on time, gave me a free estimate on the cost and the time they need to finish everything and they were very polite. I highly recommend their professional paving contractor.
