My husband and I just completed our Medicare Advantage plan review with Jen Carr. She spent time looking for a good alternative plan for us and comparing what we have in our existing plan with the other plan. She did this because we wanted to know if there is a better plan out there than what we have. Based on all the information she provided us, we were able to clearly determine it was best to stay in our existing plan. Jen is THE BEST! We are so impressed with her. She is always knowledgeable, prompt, helpful, patient and caring. We are very fortunate to have Jen taking care of our Medicare Advantage insurance questions and needs.
