        Donald is very knowledgeable and helpful for all my insurance needs. He informed me of the new W/C laws, checked my policy and is looking to get me a better rate than what I am paying with Employers. He gives me his cell phone so he is reachable right away and pretty much always answers his phone or will give an immediate call back.
