I came in for the iPhone 13 and walked out with the iPhone 13…and all in the midst of that I had a great service experience with Kevin. Very informative and kind. I really came because the other store was packed, but this one had low foot traffic and it was worth it. I even learned about getting the best deal for me personally. I would recommend place for sure!!

I arrived at this store at about 1015 am on 11/27/21 just to find it closed. This store is supposed to be open for operation at 10am says their calendar posted on their window. So I waited until 11:15am just to see if someone mistakenly thought today was Sunday and opened at 11am. No one showed up. While I waited I called the company Hit mobile it says the store is owned by, no answer. I called another t-mobile store to make sure all stores weren't closed today and the other store was operational. Except this one. I won't be coming to this store again.

They aren't very knowledgeable so every customer takes forever. Been waiting for them to get a hold of their customer service cause they can't figure it out. The store calling customer service has been running for over 15 minutes. Unexpectedable if I didn't need my number cause I'm in the middle of some medical stuff. If not I'd leave them cause this is my first experience with T-mobile since they bought sprint.
