The doctor from room 101 walk-in wanted me to return back to the clinic for the sole purpose to collect co-payment. In my scenario, I tried to request a change of my prescription of medications when my previous prescription gave me major side effects. They should have sent me a new prescription to my preferred pharmacy; instead, the doctor, Dr. B. Nguyen, wanted me to come in to obtain a new prescription just for them to collect another co-pay from me on the same week. I made a complaint about this and I got waived. However, even I got waived, I feel that this clinic gives me trouble and headaches. The doctor in room 101 is greedy on co-payments.

The doctor and pharmacy are very good but the health insurance service is not good. I have been examined here for many years and everything is very good but after COVID, everything becomes chaotic and I don't know where to complain. I'm not in the Activa complex, but the staff at Micheal arbitrarily put my name in the Activa complex. I've complained many times but still no resolution. They push back and forth, wasting me a lot of time and affecting my business. choosing my doctor. Now they still haven't left my name out. They told the staff to go on vacation, there was no one to replace them. And I can't see a doctor for a medical examination. Because the doctor is not in the activa complex. This is fraud and affects the hospital's reputation. I hope Michael Dao Hospital Director has an answer and will definitely resolve this matter and strictly handle the staff who abused the trust of patients to cheat in enrolling in the complex. Everyone should be careful and vigilant when here

The most rude and unprofessional staff I have every experienced at an urgent care. Went in for abdominal pain, waited for nearly two hours, went to the doctor's office and he pressed on my stomach three times and concluded it was appendicitis without doing any additional tests and stated I go straight to the emergency room. Went to the emergency room and they told me it was in fact not appendicitis. If the doctor would've been thorough and cared about my health he would absolutely made sure what he was telling me was accurate. Extremely disappointed in the staff there for being so careless to their patients and not willing to do various tests when asked to do so because "it would take too long". The lack of respect I received there was unacceptable. Will never return again.
