I love this place for years, Tina is wonderful person. I use this travel agency assisting me to travel for more than ten years. I still trusting them and looking forward to come to this agency for many more for future.

I came here with my husband trying to get a tickets for a family trip to Vietnam..First off, they said it opens at 9:30am. I came around 9:40ish and they were still closed. Sat for about 5-10minutes and of course I got antsy and decided I would come back. After running a few errands I came back around 11am and they were still closed. I got kind of annoyed at this point but still have them the benefit of doubt and stayed for another 10minutes. After those 10minutes, no one showed up. I was about to leave until I had seen a lady park, and come towards the shop so I got out of my car and asked if she worked there. She did indeed. She invited me in and told me to come sit and we can discuss the airline ticketing and prices. She did not apologize or gave reasoning to why the establishment was opened so late today (Tuesday)As we were talking, I understand she was the only worker that day, but there were other folks that came by and wanted to talk to her about buying tickets too, and she totally left us for them. They ended up not buying any that day and opted to come back. I was super super annoyed at that point but my husband insisted we stay to talk pricing since we had family that booked tickets through this agency. Pricing -- she gave me a few options but most of the tickets she was pulling up were about 1.3k a person (2 adults and 2 kids, one 5 and one 3). Kids tickets are usually a little cheaper since they're kids, but every single airline (China Air, Xiamen Air, Cathay, & some other ones I don't remember) were literally roughly 1.3k and up for one person. Mind you, I wanted to go for 3 weeks in March. I fly every year and February/March are the cheapest months to fly in and out. They're usually $700ish a ticket for an adult and who it $550 for a toddler & less for a infant. She also wanted to charge me $120 for visas when we still have our 5 year visa's available, and my kids $100 for a single entry/leave visa -- when I have a 5 year one for them because we fly in and out of the USA often. She said we couldn't pick our seats unless we flew first class which was $5k a ticket. At this point I was annoyed because I can literally see off and angle of her computer screen that these aren't even the real prices she's telling me. I understand you need to make commission but this is a RIP OFF. After talking uninterruptedly for about 40 minutes I was able to convince my husband to go elsewhere because this place is a total rip off with unacceptable customer service, he finally agreed. We purchased our tickets elsewhere and they were way cheaper than this place. Unbelievable.
