Mike Le. 3x i was rescheduled. All 3x it scheduled with Mike, yes hes retiring, yes you confirmed my appointment with him all 3x when rescheduling due to your end and because accommodation, final day i sat there because i was told the wait would be an hour which is normal and worth the wait to say farewell to your final days at the office. Nearly 3 hours passed as i hear Mike open up the door and call 3 people who came in after me even though i had an appointment. Out of the years coming here i never expected to be treated like this. Not even a courtesy peek on his behalf to say “im busy today and probably won’t make it to you” or something to know. Finding out when i went to the window to ask why this is happening and to only hear he doesn’t want to see you and he makes his own schedule. Don’t want to bash, but thats a huge slap in the face and i hope they turn around their service here. I would’ve gladly seen Steven if they had presented the circumstances about Mikes busy schedule, but instead they chose to let me sit there for 3 hours without a word until i stood up to ask. I sat patiently because i didn’t expect something like that to take place here. Not cool at all US1040.

I have used this office for the last 10 years. I have been treated with respect and have been very satisfied with their service.

Def some bad customer service. For the amount charged the customer service should definitely be better

They took my CC info to pay for them to file my return, I submitted all my documents well before 4/15, and I haven't heard a thing from them. I've emailed and called 10, 20, 30 times. Seriously concerned.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called the first week of January after the New Years Holiday and spoke with Mylinh to schedule an appointment with Mike as a first time client (I was being referred by a colleague of mine who has used their services for going on 4 years) and they confirmed my appointment for the end of February. Now three weeks later I get a call on a SUNDAY MORNING telling me that Mike is not accepting any new clients this year and they would need to cancel my previously scheduled appointment. HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN???? This shows a clear lack of communication on Mike's behalf towards his entire team!!! If this were really the case that he wasn't accepting any new clients wouldn't you imagine he should communicate this with his team prior to the beginning of tax season when people are calling to schedule appointments? I'm at an utter loss of words for a business that already doesn't have the greatest ratings on here. I guess I should have looked at these reviews prior to scheduling my appointment because I am clearly not the only one this has happened to!!!
