Locks R Us!

They quoted me 180 for a non remote key on the phone as did another place in the area. I went with this company because it was a little closer. They got to my car and quoted me 300. They did drop it to 250 but still it was for a non remote key. They messed up my window lining when opening my car it tore the rubber. Very poor service I wish I went with the other place. I could’ve got a remote key for that price. Never going to this place again.

I called and they said they would send out a technician. 1hr later i called and no response. Kept calling and leaving messages. No one ever got back to me. Eventually someone answered and said a technician would call me to let me know how far away. I never received a call from a technician and when i called back no one ever answered! Worst ever!

My review was taken down on yelp so I'm posting it here. On 1/23/16 I went here at 1:55pm since they were supposed to be opened that day til 6pm. The office was closed and emptied. So they get 1 star for failing to update their info thus wasting my time. I found them on yelp at which time they had a handful of negative reviews. I added another one. The following days those reviews, including mine, were removed. Any business that goes out of it's way to do that. Obviously is shady as hell and should be avoided.

Refused to tell me the price of service until my car door was open. $194 to take 30 minutes to unlock my car without even making a new key
