We bought the Siena stairlift from Stannah My mom is very happy with the quality and service that Stannah provides. The design is more streamline and much less bulky than its competitors. Tyler Oldam, the sales rep, is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not being pushy. He is thoughtful, and he does listen to our needs. He even sacrificed one of his weekends for us to demonstrate the stairlifts in the OC showroom. We highly recommend Stannah Stairlift and Tyler!

The OC Stannah team is terrific - namely, Tricia and Anthony. Tricia was a pleasure to work with on the sales side of things. She was kind, helpful, and patient with us as my mom took time in deciding which stairlift fit her needs best. On installation day, Anthony arrived at my parents home with a smile on his face and ready to get to work. He is the essence of who you want as the face of your company. He was prompt, professional, pleasant, and completed the installation within the promised time frame. We were impressed that he handled the installation on his own. Anthony was also very kind, helpful and patient with my parents and me as he showed us how to operate and maintain the stairlift. Both Tricia and Anthony showed compassion and it is clear the OC team truly cares about their clients. Overall a positive experience. Thank you!

Anthony was wonderful to work with and arrived with a smile on his face and ready to work. As a face for Stannah, he was perfect. My husband was a bit fearful of the entire installation but is slowly adjusting to this much needed change in his mobility. thanks.
